Frequently Asked Questions

How much does shipping cost?

I offer free standard UK delivery for free with every order placed. So there are no extra shipping charges on top of the price you pay for your jewellery.

However you can choose to upgrade at the checkout and pay a small amount if you would like to speed up delivery. Costs as follows:

Royal Mail 2nd class (recorded signed for) - free

R.M 1st class (recorded signed for) - £1.50

R.M Special delivery (guaranteed to arrive the follwing day before 1pm) - £5.00.

 

How long does shipping take?

This depends on the delivery method you have chosen at the checkout. After your item has been dispatched, they should take the following amount of time:

Free UK standard delivery is '2nd class signed for' - 2-5 working days

UK 1st class signed for - 1-3 working days

UK Next day special delivery - delivered before 1pm the following day and needs to be signed for. 

 (Please note that shipping times do not include dispatch times).

 

Where is my order?

Please check you have carefully read all dispatch time information on the product page of the style you have purchased, as they can vary from 2-3 working days, to 5-10 working days. I make all orders by hand and in some cases they are 'made to order' especially just for you.

After you receive a shipping confirmation email please allow up to 5 working days for UK delivery addresses.

Additionally please check address is correct on your order or shipping confirmation email. If it is incorrect, please contact me urgently at at sarah@myletijewellery.com, including your name, order and address details. If the order hasn't shipped yet, I will be able to amend your address for you. However if it has already shipped, then unfortunately it is then your responsibility to locate it.

You can track your recorded delivery online to see when it has been signed in to the post office.  If you order hasn't arrived 5-10 days after you have received you shipping confirmation email, please do get in touch with me at sarah@myletijewellery.com for me to look in to this with Royal Mail.

 

How fast are orders made?

I am a one woman band, making all of your orders by hand, but it completely depends on the piece of jewellery you are looking to buy. Be sure to note the estimated dispatch times listed on every product style page.

Some orders may be made earlier than the date shown on the website. Please get in touch if you would like your jewellery by a certain date and I will let you know if it's at all possible.

 

Can I make an exchange/refund?

If for any reason you are unhappy with your item, please contact me immediately by emailing me at sarah@myletijewellery.com. (This must be done within 14 days of receiving your order).

I will only accept orders that have not been worn, damaged in any way.

Due to hygiene reasons, I cannot accept exchanges or returns for any earrings.

The buyer is responsible for cost of return shipping of the goods, which is non-refundable.

 

Can I refund my bespoke/'made to order' jewellery?

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on bespoke items.

 

The item I want to purchase is 'out of stock', what can I do?

Don't hesitate to email me at sarah@myletijewellery.com telling me what the jewellery product is and I will get back to you to let you know.

 

How will my order arrive?

Your order will arrive carefully wrapped in eco friendly tissue paper and popped inside a beautiful pouch made from 50% linen, 50% cotton. This pouch is perfect for gifting and to keep your jewellery in to prevent it getting tarnished. It's also ideal to take your jewellery away on trips with you.

If you have chosen to upgrade to my 'premium' gift wrapping, your jewellery will arrive in an eco friendly FSC certified box and added inside a matching FSC gift bag, with a polishing cloth and care card.

Everything will be posted in a recycled and recyclable postal box. 

 

Do you offer gift wrapping and personalised gift notes?

Yes. Your order comes with complimentary wrapping that includes tissue paper and a linen/cotton pouch. But you can also choose to upgrade your gift wrapping to one of my premium Myleti gift boxes (fully FSC certified), which is then popped inside a stunning gift bag (also fully FSC certified).

I can also add a handwritten note. Just add your message to the message box on the product page, or leave your note at the checkout.

 

Where is the jewellery made?

Myleti jewellery is made by me at my workbench in my Warwickshire studio.
