Dispatch Times
- Sterling Silver items are dispatched 3-5 working days after purchase.
- Gold vermeil are dispatched 5-10 working days after purchase.
- Please read each individual product listing carefully as dispatch times may vary..
Shipping
- Royal Mail 2nd class (signed for, 2-5 days delivery after order is dispatched) - FREE
- Royal Mail 1st class (signed for, 1-3 days delivery after order is dispatched) - £2.20
- R.M Special Next Day delivery (guaranteed to arrive the following day after order is dispatched) - £5.00.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Dispatch times still have to be accounted for even if postage is upgraded.

Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in all of its original packaging. You’ll also need the email receipt or proof of purchase. We do not accept any returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons - see below for further non returnable items.
To start a return, you can contact us at sarah@myletijewellery.com. If your return is accepted, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for the return postage. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons (unless there is a fault). We also do not accept returns on customised / personalised made to order pieces.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 10 days for your bank or credit card company to process and the refund too.
